Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and compassionate care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, effectively communicating changes to medical staff.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced life support equipment.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and discharge plans.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
