Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and compassionate care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, effectively communicating changes to medical staff.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced life support equipment.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and discharge plans.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
