Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Acute care experience, especially in ICU settings, preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, leadership, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and collect comprehensive patient data to inform care planning
  • Analyze data to determine patient needs and nursing diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans and nursing interventions
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, safe, and compassionate care
  • Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes to adapt care as needed
  • Provide education to patients, families, and colleagues
  • Supervise nursing staff and delegate responsibilities appropriately
  • Contribute to discharge planning and continuity of care
  • Uphold safety, infection prevention, and quality standards in all nursing practices
