Travel Critical Care Registered Nurse - Union, Missouri

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift
• 36 hours per week (3x12)
• Block scheduling available upon request
• Weekend shifts as needed
• No call requirements

Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or valid RN Missouri temporary permit
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Minimum two years recent ICU experience
• Competence with titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipap, Airvos, and recognizing patient deterioration
• Willingness to float to Med Surg and Tele units
• Strong teamwork and initiative
• Preferred: Completion of a Medical Calculation Test

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered ICU care to medical, basic cardiac, and neuro populations
• Monitor, assess, and respond quickly to cardiac and critical changes
• Manage ventilated compressors and advanced respiratory care
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure best patient outcomes
• Document accurately in EPIC and uphold safety/quality standards
