Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of one year recent experience in an ICU or critical care setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Proficient in electronic medical records and ICU equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
  • Ability to stay composed and responsive in high-pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring and interpreting vital signs and clinical responses
  • Administer medications, manage IV infusions, and perform essential ICU interventions
  • Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to implement and adjust patient care plans
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies, utilizing your advanced training to provide life-sustaining interventions
  • Educate and support patients’ families, keeping them informed about treatment and prognosis
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and follow facility protocols for safety and infection control

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
