Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts: 7pm-7am
• Per-diem coverage; hours are not guaranteed

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU setting
• Perform ongoing assessment, monitoring, and intervention to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing nursing insight to treatment planning
• Accurately document care, medication administration, and patient progress
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient status, demonstrating exceptional critical thinking and composure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for practice in NV
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proven ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced clinical environments
