In this travel nursing assignment, you’ll be immersed in a fast-paced ICU environment, delivering critical care while building new relationships and experiencing diverse workplace cultures. Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (7pm – 7am)
• Per-diem position; hours not guaranteed

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with ICU experience required
• Proficiency in assessing, planning, and providing high-acuity care
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations
• Excellent interdisciplinary team communication
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and interpret laboratory results
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately in electronic health records
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
• Uphold safety protocols and infection control standards
