Schedule:

• Travel assignment with required flexibility
• Requested time off (RTO) during the initial contract: limited to a maximum of 7 days, Wednesday through Wednesday

Qualifications:

• Two (2) or more years of full-time ICU RN experience prior to any travel assignment
• Active Hawaii RN license (must be valid through the entire contract)
• ASN or BSN degree required
• Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (all must be valid during assignment)
• Specialty certifications like CRN, CCRN, or CV-BC highly desired
• Ability to complete compliance requirements at least 10 days prior to start date

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to areas of equal or lesser acuity as needed, reflecting flexibility and teamwork
• Ensure patient safety and continuity of care through diligent communication and documentation
