Travel Critical Care Nurse in Warrenton, MO

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts (3x12 per week)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Block scheduling available upon request
• Weekend coverage as needed
• No on-call requirements

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or temporary work permit
• Minimum 2 years’ recent ICU experience
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS (or completion within required timeframe)
• Strong experience with titrating cardiac drips, ventilator and respiratory support management, recognizing deteriorating patients
• Flexibility to float to Med Surg and Tele units
• Preferred: Medical Calculation Test competency

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care to critical care, post-stroke, medical, cardiac, and neuro patients
• Maintain patient ratios of 2-3:1, ensuring quality monitoring and patient safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination
