Schedule / Hours:

• Night shifts (3x12-hour schedules per week; 36 hours guaranteed)
• Block scheduling available upon request
• Weekend shifts as needed
• No call requirements

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current Missouri temporary work permit
• Valid ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association); ACLS may be obtained within 12 months of hire if needed
• Minimum two years of recent ICU experience
• Experience in Med Surg and Telemetry units a plus
• Competency in titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), post-stroke management, BiPAPs, Airvos, ventilated compressors, and rapid patient assessment
• Self-motivated, team-oriented mindset required
• Black scrub attire; professional dress standard

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide top-level care to critically ill medical, cardiac, and neurological patients
• Collaborate across departments, adapting to Med Surg and Telemetry as needed
• Accurately document using EPIC EMR
• Maintain patient safety, execute emergency interventions, and support patient/family education
