This 13-week opportunity places you on a 10-bed ICU unit, providing an immersive environment where advanced critical care skills are essential. Schedule/Hours:

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts (NOCs)
• Every other weekend and holiday required

Role Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered WI RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must be provided upon application)
• At least 3 years of recent ICU experience
• Completed at least 1 previous travel assignment
• Recent Epic charting experience (within the last 12 months)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU setting
• Float to sister facilities based on census as needed (skills-based only)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-level patient care
• Adapt to fast-paced scenarios and shifting priorities
• Uphold clinical standards and compliance requirements
