Travel Critical Care Registered Nurse | Wentzville, Missouri

This travel assignment invites experienced ICU RNs to make a meaningful impact in a 19-bed critical care department. Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts
• 36 hours/week (3x12)
• Block scheduling options (upon request)
• Weekend hours as needed
• No call requirements

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing (or valid temporary work permit)
• 2+ years of ICU nursing experience
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Ability to float to Med Surg and Tele units
• Proven expertise in critical care, post-stroke care, titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipaps, Airvos, and ventilated compressors
• Skilled at recognizing and managing deteriorating patients
• Team-oriented, self-starting, and adaptable personality
• Must meet facility’s professional attire guidelines (black scrubs; no hoodies)

Preferred Experience:

• Proficiency in medical calculations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to a range of critical care, post-stroke, and neuro patients
• Administer and titrate cardiac drips and manage respiratory devices
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care using EPIC EMR
