Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in an ICU setting
• Advanced knowledge of critical care practices, ventilator management, and life support protocols
• Proficient in performing and monitoring complex assessments, procedures, and treatments
• Ability to effectively respond to emergencies and changing patient conditions
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
