Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active RN license, eligible to practice in the state.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Previous stepdown unit experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in patient assessment and critical care protocols.
• Strong adaptability and excellent communication skills.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
