A leadership opportunity is available for a nursing professional with expertise in infusion therapy and management. This role is ideal for a driven RN with strong clinical and supervisory skills, ready to establish and lead a new home infusion care location.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a minimum of five years in clinical practice
- At least two years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a related healthcare setting
- Proven ability to supervise nurses and manage clinical, professional, and administrative staff
- Strong leadership skills to support a startup environment and stabilize patient acquisition
- Experience overseeing a team, with four direct reports initially
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all nursing operations at the new home infusion care site
- Acquire and maintain patients in the startup phase, then transition to an oversight role
- Supervise clinical and administrative personnel to ensure quality patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop protocols and operational standards
- Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices within the infusion therapy domain
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
