Infusion RN in Alpharetta, GA

A leadership opportunity is available for a nursing professional with expertise in infusion therapy and management. This role is ideal for a driven RN with strong clinical and supervisory skills, ready to establish and lead a new home infusion care location.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a minimum of five years in clinical practice
• At least two years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a related healthcare setting
• Proven ability to supervise nurses and manage clinical, professional, and administrative staff
• Strong leadership skills to support a startup environment and stabilize patient acquisition
• Experience overseeing a team, with four direct reports initially

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all nursing operations at the new home infusion care site
• Acquire and maintain patients in the startup phase, then transition to an oversight role
• Supervise clinical and administrative personnel to ensure quality patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop protocols and operational standards
• Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices within the infusion therapy domain

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
