A leadership opportunity is available for a seasoned nursing professional with expertise in home infusion care. This role is ideal for an individual ready to guide operations in a start-up setting while applying strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills. The position involves managing a dedicated team and gradually shifting focus from direct patient acquisition to overseeing broad operational responsibilities.

Location: This role is situated in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA, known for its dynamic healthcare community and rich cultural scene.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations within a new home infusion care location.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies.
  • Oversee patient acquisition in the startup phase, then transition focus to supervision and quality assurance.
  • Supervise a team of four direct reports, providing mentorship and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years of experience working within the scope of nursing practice.
  • At least two years in a management role specifically within home infusion therapy, home health, or a related healthcare organization.
  • Minimum of two years experience supervising nursing personnel.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide clinical and administrative staff.
  • Strong clinical skills combined with strategic thinking and operational oversight capabilities.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 40 hours per week
