Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in infusion nursing (preferably home infusion)
• Strong IV skills and experience administering a variety of infusion therapies
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
