Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Demonstrated experience in Infusion therapy
- Proficiency in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- BLS certification (required); additional credentials preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based care in both Infusion and Med Surg settings
- Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and care transitions
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all protocols and regulations
