(RN) Registered Nurse - Infusion in Lathrop, CA

Provide expert care and support as a Registered Nurse specializing in Infusion and Home Infusion therapies. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives by delivering safe, effective treatment directly in the community. You’ll work collaboratively with care teams and patients, ensuring high standards of clinical practice in a supportive environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated proficiency in Infusion and Home Infusion nursing
• Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills
• Solid understanding of infusion protocols, safety guidelines, and pharmacology
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable to different home care environments
• Minimum of one year of recent Infusion RN experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Administer various infusion therapies to patients in their homes, including IV medications, hydration, and specialty drugs
• Complete thorough patient assessments, monitor for adverse reactions, and document all care accurately
• Provide patient and family education on medication delivery, device care, and symptom management
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals for seamless treatment delivery
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards
• Ensure timely and proper documentation and reporting of all patient interactions and care activities

$2,580 - $2,720/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
