Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Strong experience in infusion therapy, including administration and monitoring of medications
• At least one year of recent RN experience in infusion or home infusion settings
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying home environments
• Excellent patient assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with venipuncture, central and peripheral line care
• CPR certification required

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts based on patient needs

Essential Responsibilities:

• Administer IV infusions, injections, and medications according to physician orders and protocols
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor for adverse reactions or complications
• Educate patients and their families on therapy procedures and post-infusion care
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation for every visit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure positive therapeutic outcomes
• Manage supplies and ensure sterile technique is upheld in various care settings
