Travel Registered Nurse - Infusion | Millbrook, Alabama

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license, in good standing, for the state of practice
• Minimum of one year professional nursing experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured vehicle
• Competence in home infusion therapy, starting peripheral IVs, and administering IV medications
• Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to travel independently to provide in-home care

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations, including assessment of home environment
• Develop and implement patient-specific care plans in collaboration with physicians and leadership
• Deliver infusion therapy, monitor responses, educate patients/caregivers, and identify complications
• Maintain concise, timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and mentor LVNs/LPNs during care delivery as needed
• Uphold infection control standards and all regulatory policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and on-call rotations
