Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial patient visits, evaluating clinical status, home environment, and patient/caregiver capability
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans under physician guidance and in accordance with regulatory and agency standards
• Administer prescribed intravenous therapies, including starting peripheral IVs and maintaining access lines
• Deliver patient and caregiver education on infusion procedures and ongoing therapy
• Monitor for medication interactions, adverse reactions, and therapy effectiveness, communicating concerns with supervising clinicians as needed
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of all care interventions, educational sessions, and progress notes
• Supervise and collaborate with LPNs/LVNs where applicable
• Uphold infection control, patient confidentiality, and agency safety policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, on-call rotation, and discharge planning

Qualifications:

• Active, violation-free RN license in Alabama (plus additional states, as required)
• Minimum one year nursing experience, preferably with infusion or home health care
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and consistently insured, reliable vehicle
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and patient record systems
