Travel (RN) Registered Nurse - Infusion in Prattville, AL

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in required state(s)
• At least one year of recent nursing experience, with home infusion preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle in good condition
• Strong organizational, communication, and independent problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments in home settings
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in partnership with physicians
• Administer and monitor intravenous medications and maintain IV access per protocols
• Educate and supervise patients, caregivers, and LVN/LPN staff
• Identify and report adverse reactions or medication issues
• Ensure thorough, timely documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, discharge planning, and on-call rotation
