(RN) Registered Nurse - Infusion in Stockton, CA

Provide essential infusion care in a home healthcare setting, ensuring patient comfort and safety while delivering high-quality nursing expertise. Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible scheduling with opportunities for part-time or full-time shifts

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience with infusion therapy, preferably in home healthcare environments
• Strong assessment, IV insertion, and venipuncture skills
• Familiarity with multiple infusion medications and pumps
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient residences
• Exceptional communication skills and compassionate patient care approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IV medications, fluids, and parenteral therapies according to physician orders
• Monitor patient responses to treatments, documenting progress and reporting concerns
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy procedures and equipment usage
• Ensure all clinical notes and documentation are complete and comply with regulatory standards
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times
