Key Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in interventional radiology or a comparable acute care setting
  • Strong clinical assessment, IV insertion, and monitoring skills required
  • Proficiency in supporting interventional radiology procedures, contrast administration, and patient recovery
  • Current certifications in BLS and ACLS
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities
  • Willingness to work as part of a dedicated healthcare team

Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract position; specific shift hours and duration to be discussed during interview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, expert nursing care to patients before, during, and after IR procedures
  • Monitor patients for any signs of complications and respond effectively during emergencies
  • Support physicians and technologists throughout complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Prepare and educate patients and families regarding upcoming procedures and expected outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
