IR Registered Nurse in Concord, NC

Schedule & Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Day shifts (no rotations between weekends and weekdays)
• Flexible on-call and call-back assignments, staffed equitably among all team members

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license with experience in Interventional Radiology (IR)
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to respond to urgent situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable and adaptable, with a positive approach to teamwork
• Experience in high-acuity hospital settings preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, monitoring vital signs and responding to patient needs
• Manage documentation, medication administration, and follow post-procedure protocols
• Participate in fair rotation for on-call/call-back duties, contributing to a collaborative team dynamic
• Assist with holiday coverage as needed (advance notice for time off considered)
