Registered Nurse IR - Delphi, IN

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Demonstrated expertise in Interventional Radiology nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and IV skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for IR procedures, ensuring adherence to pre-procedure protocols
• Monitor and assess patients intra-procedurally, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications as needed, following safety and hospital guidelines
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Provide patient and family education regarding procedures, recovery, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation throughout the patient’s IR experience
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
