Advance your career as an experienced RN specializing in Interventional Radiology by providing expert care in a busy, high-acuity environment. Work directly with a collaborative team in a Stroke Accredited Center and Level I Trauma setting, supporting advanced cardiac, neuro, and vascular procedures. This is a contract opportunity, with available orientation dates on 7/6, 7/13, and 7/20.
Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts, in-house: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Shift hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- No required call
- Flexibility to stay late if cases extend beyond shift
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with Interventional Radiology experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a Cardiac Cath Lab (structural heart/EP highly preferred) within an OR setting
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in neuro-IR and vascular cases required
- Prior travel nurse experience preferred
- Active ARRT license required at submission
- Ability to work in advanced OR Suite (Neuro/Vascular)—5 units, 1-2 techs per room
- Experience operating Philips and Siemens systems preferred
- Proven competency with stroke, oncology, trauma, and stent placements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with advanced cardiac, neuro, and vascular interventional cases, including endovascular and open surgery combinations
- Collaborate with technologists and interdisciplinary teams throughout procedures
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, trauma-level environment
- Support advanced oncology, stroke, and trauma case management
