Schedule/Hours:

• 0hr Day Shift, 40 hours per week
• Days only (no rotation between weekends and weekdays per contract; consistent schedule for travelers)
• On-call responsibilities follow a fair rotation among all team members—full-time, part-time, PRN, and travelers—ensuring balanced coverage
• Holiday coverage may be required unless pre-approved for time off

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Demonstrated experience in Interventional Radiology (IR)
• Proficiency with vascular access, moderate sedation, and patient monitoring during radiologic procedures
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and IV skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after IR procedures, maintaining high standards of safety and comfort
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient procedures
• Administer medications, monitor sedation, and respond promptly to patient needs
• Assist in prepping and draping patients, maintaining sterile technique
• Document care promptly and accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned; flexibility is essential for responsive coverage
