Advance your career in a dynamic healthcare environment specializing in Interventional Radiology. This contract opportunity offers a pivotal role assisting advanced cardiac, neuro, and vascular procedures within a high-acuity OR setting. Multiple orientation dates are available (7/6, 7/13, 7/20), providing flexibility to join a skilled interventional team.
Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (1830–0700)
- In-house, no required call
- Occasional late stays may be necessary if cases extend past shift
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab (structural heart/EP highly preferred), Vascular, and Neuro-IR within an OR environment
- ARRT certification (must be submitted with application)
- Prior travel assignment experience is preferred
- Experience working with advanced cardiac cases, including endo and open surgery combinations
- Familiarity with both Philips and Siemens systems in interventional suites
- Strong clinical experience in cardiac, neuro, and vascular procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Interventional Radiology procedures across five advanced OR suites, working with a variety of specialized cases
- Collaborate with 1–2 technologists per room, maintaining safety and efficiency
- Assist neuro and vascular interventions in a Level I Trauma and Stroke Accredited Center
- Care for oncology patients, manage stents, and work in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards
