This travel role places you within Interventional Radiology (IR) nursing, allowing you to collaborate alongside highly skilled medical teams and esteemed leaders in the field. Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in Interventional Radiology or invasive procedural areas
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
  • Experience with moderate sedation and sterile technique
  • Proficient in IV placement and managing radiology equipment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver patient care during IR procedures (angiography, biopsies, drain placements, etc.)
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and sedation response throughout procedures
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and other interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to prevailing safety standards
  • Assist in emergency interventions as needed

$2,148 - $2,350/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
