Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer medications, monitor IVs, and assist physicians with various diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Ensure a sterile and safe environment for all procedures.
• Educate patients and families on procedure details and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Comply with all hospital policies, standards, and procedural protocols.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid RN licensure.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology or similar specialty.
• Strong knowledge of IR protocols, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to remain composed and responsive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
