Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) | Warner Robins, Georgia

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, four days per week
• On-call every 5th week: Monday–Friday (5:00 PM – 7:00 AM), Saturday/Sunday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• No weekend shift rotation; on-call coverage for holidays only

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in interventional radiology or similar procedural nursing environment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (must be maintained throughout assignment)
• Strong knowledge of imaging-guided procedures and peri-procedural patient care
• Proficient IV skills, moderate sedation competency, and proven ability to respond to emergencies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications, including moderate sedation, and ensure patient safety protocols are followed
• Collaborate with radiologists and technologists; provide nursing coverage for all radiology services as needed
• Respond promptly to on-call, call-back events as scheduled
• Deliver patient and family education regarding procedures, aftercare, and follow-up instructions

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
