Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• BSN preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Interventional Radiology nursing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong IV skills and proficiency in moderate sedation, patient monitoring, and post-procedure care
• Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing IR procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, techs, and support staff to ensure patient safety
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, manage contrast media, and monitor patient vitals
• Deliver patient education before and after procedures
