Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year experience in a medical-surgical (med-surg) nursing role

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care and interventions to adult med-surg patients
• Monitor, record, and evaluate patient symptoms, progress, and responses to treatment
• Accurately administer medications and maintain detailed documentation in patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians and allied health professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care instructions
• Adhere to all clinical policies, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures
