Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Albany, Georgia

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing role
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg unit
• Monitor patient condition, interpret vital signs, and deliver prescribed medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and discharge planning
• Accurately document patient progress, care provided, and any changes in condition
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, standards, and safety guidelines

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
