Schedule/Hours:

• Both day and night shifts available (1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio)
• Adherence to a strict 75-mile radius rule from the facility

Qualifications:

• Two years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience
• Active BLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• ACLS preferred
• Comfortable managing a 1:6 patient ratio independently

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to diverse patient populations within the 14-bed unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care effectively
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to new protocols and technologies
• Provide patient and family education and support
• Respond swiftly and effectively to changes in patient condition
