Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Med-Surg required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Able to manage a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio for both days and nights
• Adherence to the 75-mile radius rule from the facility

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a 14-bed unit
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with physicians, ancillary staff, and patients’ families
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Respond proactively to rapidly changing situations and patient needs
