What You Will Do:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a Med Surg unit
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform routine nursing procedures
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, ancillary professionals, patients, and their families
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
- Respond to changes in patient condition and take appropriate action quickly
- Provide patient education and emotional support throughout the care journey
- Maintain compliance with all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and unencumbered RN license
- Demonstrated recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Solid clinical assessment skills and ability to respond to acute situations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- BLS certification; additional certifications (such as ACLS) strongly preferred
- Adaptability to new settings and comfort with diverse patient populations

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
