A rewarding opportunity is available for experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Medical-Surgical care to provide critical support across multiple units. This contract role is ideal for adept RNs passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a dynamic hospital environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Multiple needs across various floors
• 13-week contract assignment
• Medical-Surgical focus (12B Medical)
• No requested time off (RTO) permitted during assignment

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with Medical-Surgical (MS) experience required
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records system is mandatory
• Detailed and current work history/resume with no employment gaps over 60 days
• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse adult patient population in Med-Surg units
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely charting using EPIC
• Respond effectively to rapidly changing patient conditions, prioritizing patient safety and compassionate care
• Uphold compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards
