Travel Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) - Ankeny, IA

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum one year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Experience adapting to new technology and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a medical-surgical setting
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and interventions
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform procedures in line with facility policies
• Provide patient and family education and support during hospitalization
