Travel RN Med Surg | Arnold, Missouri

This night shift position (1900-0730) offers 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week for a 13-week assignment, including every other weekend coverage and the opportunity for exposure to 30-bed units with progressive care standards. You’ll connect with supportive teams, use modern equipment (Alaris IV pumps, wound vacs, PCA pumps, and more), and master advanced documentation with EPIC EMR. Nights will orient initially on day shifts to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (eligible for Missouri)
• BLS certification from AHA (required)
• 1 year minimum medical-surgical inpatient experience
• Preferred: ACLS and TNCC certifications from AHA
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed
• Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate closely with interdisciplinary teams and ancillary departments
• Oversee and evaluate the care provided by other direct caregivers
• Uphold patient rights, privacy, and hospital mission standards
• Meet physical demands: frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and patient repositioning
