Schedule/Hours:

- Medical-Surgical units (various floors)
- 13-week assignment
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system is essential
- No requests for time off (RTO) will be authorized during assignment
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt to different acuity levels and patient needs
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Must submit a complete profile including work history or resume with no employment gaps over 60 days
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various medical-surgical units
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team
- Monitor patient progress, update care plans, and offer effective patient education
- Maintain thorough documentation within EPIC, ensuring accuracy and compliance with facility policy
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status and escalate concerns appropriately
- Support a safe, collaborative environment to optimize patient outcomes
