Schedule:

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Recent Med Surg experience required
• EPIC electronic medical record system proficiency (must be clearly noted in your profile)
• Comprehensive resume or work history with no gaps longer than 60 days
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to various patient populations
• Flexibility to work as scheduled with no requested time off (NO RTO)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care on busy med-surg units in accordance with established standards and protocols
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, procedures, and post-discharge care
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements
