Med-Surg Nurse (RN) in Atlanta, GA

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of recent and relevant medical-surgical (MS) nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records required (must be noted in application profile)
• Complete and up-to-date work history or resume, with no employment gaps over 60 days
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Adaptability to various unit protocols and routines

Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• Multiple shifts available on various medical floors

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care to diverse adult populations within the med-surg setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate multidisciplinary treatments
• Diligently document patient care activities using EPIC
• Collaborate closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
