A travel opportunity is available for a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN-MS) specializing in oncology care. This role involves working day shifts (10 AM) in a hospital setting focusing on oncology, step-down units, and patients with complex sickle cell conditions. Chemo certification is preferred to provide the highest level of care to patients undergoing chemotherapy.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN certification with Medical-Surgical experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in oncology or a similar specialty within a comparable healthcare environment
- Chemotherapy certification preferred
- Demonstrated skills in managing complex patient care
- Complete work history/resume with no gaps over 60 days
- Verified certifications including current nursing license through Nursys
- Skills checklist, references, and certification cards required
