Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RN license, valid and in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a medical-surgical (Med-Surg) nursing setting
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and hospital protocols
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across multidisciplinary care teams
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult patients on the Med-Surg unit
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document accurately and timely in electronic health records
• Provide pre- and post-operative care, discharge planning, and health education to patients and families
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, including emergency situations
• Maintain a safe, clean and supportive environment for all patients

$1,384 - $1,514/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
