Registered Nurse Med Surg | Baconton, Georgia

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse experienced in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This contract position requires an RN who is comfortable adapting to a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Medical-Surgical unit
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records and care protocols
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document observations, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
• Respond efficiently to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
• Provide education and support to patients and families during the treatment process
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with regulatory standards

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
