Qualifications & Skills:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (Med Surg) nursing role
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Effective communicator with a professional, compassionate approach to patient care
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients on the medical-surgical floor, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform clinical assessments per physician’s orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
