Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in Med Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and promptly report changes in conditions
- Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on procedures, treatments, and ongoing care requirements
- Accurately document all aspects of care in the electronic medical record system
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients
- Provide support during admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Uphold infection control procedures and hospital protocols at all times

$1,579 - $1,728/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
