Position Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours guaranteed weekly
• Every third weekend required
• No on-call requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and proficient care to med/surg, oncology, neuro, and palliative patients
• Perform thorough patient assessments, IV insertions, Foley catheter insertions, and NGT placements
• Document care efficiently in EPIC EMR
• Float to other units as needed to support patient care
• Prioritize safety and quality while adapting to a 6:1 patient ratio and using Alaris IV pumps

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years’ recent RN experience in med/surg or relevant specialties
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, IV and Foley insertion, and NGT placement
• Strong commitment to teamwork, curiosity, communication, and connection (the 4 Cs)
• Professionalism in attire with navy scrubs (no fleece permitted)
