Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience on a Medical-Surgical unit
• Proficiency in patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to prioritize effectively in busy settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and facility workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population on the Med-Surg unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and revise individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and intervene appropriately
• Administer medications, monitor IV sites, and maintain detailed records
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Uphold compliance with facility protocols and infection control measures
