Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of one year experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) unit
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable managing a diverse caseload and collaborating with healthcare professionals
  • Strong interpersonal communication and a patient-centered mindset

Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available depending on the facility’s needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver holistic nursing care to adult patients on the MS unit in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based practice
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient progress
  • Accurately document observations and interventions within the patient record
  • Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout hospitalization
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all patients
