Key Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license

• Document patient care accurately and promptly within electronic medical records systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge self-care and ongoing health management
• Adhere to facility procedures, best practice guidelines, and infection prevention protocols
